The Pittwater House team is highly competitive in local and state competitions each year. Our PDHPE department have a diverse and elite background in swimming.  With the use of the Pittwater House pool, students have the opportunity to improve and practice their swimming techniques through our swimming squads.

The representative pathway is well supported by the school.

Swimming squads

Run by the PDHPE department on Tuesdays and Thursday throughout the year for senior school and Mondays and Wednesdays in terms 1 and 2 for junior school. The pool is heated to a temperature of 26 degrees which allows for year round training.

The Swim Squads enable students to increase their skill level for carnivals and is designed to assist with stroke correction, shallow water diving, tumble turns, endurance, fitness and confidence.
