Junior School Personal Development, Health & Physical Education (PDHPE)
Students partake in Physical Education lessons each week, which involve participating in a range of different sports, all of which develop teamwork, coordination and skill.
Our program includes varied physical education experiences, which provide the foundation for a lifelong commitment to valuing and leading a healthy lifestyle.
The students participate in activities such as Aquatics (swimming and games), Locomotor and Non-locomotor skills, Athletics, Cross Country, Gymnastics, Dance, as well as Big and Small ball games. We aim to foster an enjoyment of physical activity that can be maintained and developed as they continue their education.
