Why Positive Education?

Schools have the potential to have a significantly positive impact on the wellbeing of young people during the formative years of childhood and adolescence.

Research is showing us that Positive Education has been shown to increase enjoyment and engagement in school, improve curiosity and love of learning, enhance social skills like empathy, cooperation, assertiveness, and self-control, all of which are correlated to increased academic achievement and reduce or even prevent depression and anxiety.

Positive Education works to create a school culture that supports the caring, trusting relationships that distinguish excellent schools from their mediocre peers.
