Fee schedule

Our school fees are split into tuition fees and incidental fees for each year group. For Years Pre-K to 11, the annual tuition fee is divided by twelve to arrive at the monthly rate, and for Year 12 the annual tuition is divided by 10 to arrive at the monthly rate.

Parents can either pay for the academic year in full or set up a monthly direct debit using a unique link provided by our accounts department.

Unlike many other schools, Pittwater House tuition fees cover the entire educational program, including pastoral care, extension work and learning enhancements meaning there are no hidden costs.

The incidentals fee covers most activities outside of the standard tuition fee, including excursions and camps.

Charges that are incurred on a voluntary and discretionary basis, for example; bus travel, uniforms and book list items are billed separately. See how these can be paid under How to pay fees on this page.

Enrolment Fees

Enrolment Application Fee - $250	Paid with enrolment application
Definite Place Fee - $1,500	Paid to secure your child's enrolment once Offer of Enrolment is accepted
Deferral of Definite Place Fee - $500	If the offer is deferred beyond 12 months to the year specified on the Offer of Enrolment, a Deferral Fee is payable and the application is moved to a waitlist.

Family discounts

Discounts on Tuition Fees

Family discounts apply for families with more than one child concurrently enrolled in the School who are not on any other form of discount (eg. Scholarships). Discount rates are as follows:

Second child - 2.5% discount
Third child - 5% discount
Fourth and subsequent children - 10% discount

Discounts on Definite Place Fee

If applications for more than one sibling are submitted together and any subsequent Offers are accepted, paid and processed at the same time, a 10% discount is applicable to the second and all subsequent Definite Place Fees.

How to pay fees

Parents may choose to pay a full year of Tuition Fees fees at a discounted rate determined by the Board of Directors prior to 31 December 2024 or alternatively, set up a monthly direct debit.

Payments for charges that are incurred on a voluntary and discretionary basis, for example; bus travel and uniforms, can be paid through TASS Parent Lounge (accessible via our website Portal) or our secure online payment service.
