Pittwater House Junior School students recently met with two internationally renowned chidren's authors Belinda Murrell and Jacqueline Harvey, during the filming of a promotional video which took place on the School's campus.

Belinda Murrell is best known for her timeslip tales, 'The Sun Sword' trilogy and 'Lulu Bell'; and Jacqueline Harvey is best known for the 'Alice-Miranda' and 'Clementine Rose' books. Both authors have enjoyed success in Australia and overseas markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Asia and Europe.

The two authors spent the morning with Pittwater House students filming a video to help promote literacy to Aussie kids.

Penguin Random House Australia provided the two acclaimed children's authors to work with local Northern Beaches company, Redgum Book Club, and the 'School Read-A-Thon' to make a promotional video which supports the 'School Read-A-Thon' program.

The students at Pittwater House were left with signed,books, posters and bookmarks, plus fabulous memories of meeting and working with two of Australia's bestselling children's authors.
